Order Processing

All My Fur Buddy apparel is made to order. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

• United States: 3–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Origin

Orders are produced and shipped from the United States through our trusted fulfillment partners.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

• Free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, My Fur Buddy is not responsible for carrier-related delivery delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing

• Change of mind

• Preference changes

Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

My Fur Buddy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
